Lewis' Story

I was completely new to the gym, I had been going by myself for a few weeks but not really knowing where to start drove my motivation down. After reaching out to Harry, he arranged a consultation with me and we discussed what I wanted to achieve by having a personal trainer.

At the start, we went back to basics by focusing on technique and gradually increasing weights over time. This set me up incredibly well as I’m now able to deadlift 60kg.

I’ve had 4 weeks with Harry now, my confidence has massively improved and I’ve really benefitted from having a personal trainer who is experienced and personable.

Matt's Story

I was looking to get back in shape after an indulgent honeymoon, and recover some strength and definition which dwindled during lockdown. However, after spending many hours in the gym previously (with mixed results), I knew I would need more direction and encouragement.

I’ve been training with Harry now for the past 5-6 months, and the results are already noticeable. Harry’s given me the confidence to be much more productive in the gym, teaching me proper techniques and pushing me beyond limits – both strength and endurance. He’s helped me find that extra determination that I didn’t realise I had, and focus more on nutrition and generally making better lifestyle choices.

There is still a way to go before I hit my ultimate goals, but I already feel much stronger and leaner and than I was previously. This stands me in good stead to move onto the next phase and push on further.

And I should add – we have had some fun along the way, it’s not all blood, sweat and tears… the best workout partner I’ve ever trained with, and all round nice guy
